In its GaN Technology Outlook 2026, Infineon forecasts that the compound annual growth rate of the gallium nitride market will reach 44% from 2025 to 2030, with revenue expected to hit $920 million in 2026, up 58% year-on-year. Gallium nitride power devices are accelerating their entry into emerging fields such as AI data centers, robotics, and electric vehicles, driving system design towards high performance and energy efficiency, and will further penetrate the power electronics industry in 2026.
