On Semiconductor unveiled its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023, revealing a revenue of around $1.53 billion. This marks an 11% year-on-year decrease, though it marginally outperformed analyst predictions. The adjusted earnings per share stood at $0.64, which, while lower than the figures for the same period in the previous year, still exceeded the anticipated amount. Revenue saw a downturn across all business segments. Specifically, the Power Solutions segment brought in $724 million, the Intelligent Sensing segment generated $250 million, and the Analog and Mixed-Signal segment contributed $556 million. Looking ahead to the first quarter of 2024, the company anticipates its revenue to range between $1.44 billion and $1.54 billion. However, the midpoint of this projection falls short of what analysts had been expecting.
