According to the latest data from German e-commerce platform Mindfactory, as compiled by TechEpiphanyYT and 3D Center, AMD processors continue to demonstrate exceptional stability. As of February 4, 2026, out of nearly 40,000 boxed Ryzen 7 9800X3D processors sold by Mindfactory, the return rate stands at just 0.71%, comparable to other models in the Ryzen 9000 series. Previously, multiple reports of processor damage emerged on ASUS and ASRock motherboards, sparking concerns within the community. However, large-scale sales data indicates that the issue does not reach systemic risk levels. Additionally, AMD maintains its leading position in the CPU market. During Week 47 of 2025, Mindfactory sold 2,260 AMD CPUs, capturing over 90% market share, while Intel's entire lineup sold only 220 units.
