Nvidia is slated to introduce its 'Feynman' GPU in 2028, and this new GPU will make use of Intel Foundry’s state-of-the-art process and packaging technologies. To be more precise, the core chip (Die) of the GPU will continue to be fabricated by TSMC. Meanwhile, the input/output chip (I/O Die) will be crafted using Intel's Intel 18A or Intel 14A process. When it comes to the backend advanced packaging phase, Intel will take charge of up to one-quarter of the tasks, employing its EMIB technology, while TSMC will be in charge of the remaining three-quarters.
