PIOTECH has officially declared that its significant shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., has successfully divested a portion of its holdings in the company. Specifically, the fund sold 8.4349 million shares, accounting for 2.99% of PIOTECH's total share capital, via block trades conducted from December 17, 2025, to January 27, 2026. The price per share for this divestment fluctuated between RMB 324.55 and RMB 382.64, culminating in a total transaction value of RMB 3.018 billion. Before this divestment, the shareholder possessed a 19.49% stake in PIOTECH. Following the completion of the stake reduction, its ownership percentage has been adjusted to 16.50%.
