On January 14, Bloomberg reported that Elon Musk's SpaceX is now offering complimentary Starlink satellite internet services in Iran. In the wake of fatal protests and an extended internet blackout in the country, SpaceX has decided to forgo subscription fees for Iranian users. This move enables individuals possessing the necessary receiving equipment to utilize the service free of charge. Although the Iranian government has attempted to disrupt the service, access is still possible in certain regions, albeit with an unstable connection.
