The Guangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau has officially opened a public consultation on the "Several Policies Aimed at Fostering High-Quality Development Across the Entire Integrated Circuit Industry Chain During Guangzhou's '15th Five-Year Plan' Era." According to the policy, integrated circuit companies will be eligible for subsidies covering up to 30% of their actual certification expenses if their products or production lines successfully obtain certifications like the Automotive Electronics Council's Automotive-Grade Product Test Standard Series (AEC-Q Series), Automotive-Grade Power Module Reliability Testing Certification Standard (AQG Series), Automotive Quality Management System Standard (IATF16949), or Road Vehicle Functional Safety Standard (ISO26262). The maximum annual subsidy per enterprise is capped at RMB 2 million.
