Pyris Electronics made a public announcement stating that it has entered into a procurement framework agreement with a supplier and its associated entities. The aim is to buy IGBT chips along with related services over the course of the agreement to fuel its expansion in the high-voltage direct current transmission business. As per the agreement, during the period from 2026 to 2027, the company will issue non - cancellable orders for raw materials and corresponding services, with the total amount reaching roughly RMB 174 million (excluding tax). From 2028 to 2030, the estimated cumulative value of the supplies is expected to fall within the range of RMB 1.3 billion to RMB 1.4 billion. The company will carry out purchases in accordance with its actual business requirements. The supply quantities mentioned above denote the seller's committed supply capacity, which is solely designed to fulfill the buyer's order demands and does not impose a purchase obligation on the buyer.
