NAURA Tech (Stock Code: 688072.SH) has made a public announcement stating that its shareholder, Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. (Shanghai) (hereinafter referred to as AMEC), driven by its individual operational and developmental financial requirements, intends to divest a stake of no more than 3.6551 million shares in NAURA Tech. This divestment will occur within a three-month period starting 15 trading days after the announcement's public disclosure. The divestment will be executed through both centralized bidding and block trading mechanisms. The proportion of shares to be divested will not surpass 1.30% of NAURA Tech's total share capital. It is important to note that all shares earmarked for divestment were obtained prior to NAURA Tech's initial public offering.
