On the morning of December 27, the groundbreaking ceremony marked the official start of construction for the Shangsai R&D headquarters and optical functional materials production base project in the GeDian National Economic and Technological Development Zone. Spanning approximately 100 acres, this ambitious project is earmarked for a total investment of nearly 500 million yuan. Once completed, it is expected to create a synergistic impact alongside other prominent projects already established in the GeDian Economic and Technological Development Zone, including San'an Optoelectronics (specializing in display chips), Xinying Optoelectronics (focusing on Mini/Micro LED packaging), and Ruihua Optoelectronics (dedicated to Mini LED backlighting).
