Our reporter has learned from the 2025 fifth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Wingtech Technology that, since resuming shipments in mid - October of this year, Nexperia China has achieved accumulated shipments of over 11 billion chips, supplying over 800 customers across the globe. In light of the controversies surrounding Nexperia Semiconductor, Wingtech Technology has launched multiple legal actions. In October, it filed a notice of dispute in the Netherlands. Should the issue remain unresolved within six months, the company is prepared to pursue international arbitration, with potential compensation claims reaching up to US$8 billion. In January 2026, the company will reaffirm its position at the second hearing and take active measures to safeguard its rights.
