On December 3rd (local time), during an event held by the Center for Strategic and International Studies in the United States, Jensen Huang, the CEO of NVIDIA, lauded Huawei, describing it as one of the most formidable technology companies in history. He emphasized Huawei's impressive strengths, including its robust capabilities, agile responses, and remarkably swift execution, all of which command respect from all quarters. Huang highlighted Huawei's prowess in chip design, system architecture, and software ecosystem development. He particularly underscored its potential to rival, and possibly outperform, NVIDIA in the realm of AI training. Furthermore, Huang noted that China has secured a leading global position in the development of open-source large AI models. He pointed out that 90% of the world's top science and engineering universities are located in China. Additionally, the country is home to half of the global AI research community and holds 70% of the world's AI patents.
