On December 5, PIOTECH disclosed its intention to embark on a joint investment venture in Coresemi alongside its affiliated entity, Fengquan Venture Capital. Under this arrangement, PIOTECH is set to acquire registered capital in Coresemi valued at no more than RMB 270 million, precisely RMB 9,983,765. This acquisition will entitle PIOTECH to a 16.4154% stake in Coresemi's registered capital post-financing round. Concurrently, Fengquan Venture Capital will secure RMB 1,109,307 worth of registered capital for an investment of RMB 30 million, translating to a 1.8239% share. The primary objective of this strategic move is to bolster PIOTECH's industrial collaboration and refine its strategic positioning within the pivotal process segments of 3D integration (3DIC) and advanced packaging.
