Yongda Chemtech recently revealed on an interactive platform that its KrF (248nm) photoresist project has successfully set up core equipment, including photolithography machines, and is now fervently engaged in the development of related products. A modest volume of RGB photoresists, tailored for color filters, has already been sold. Meanwhile, several customers are in the process of conducting factory transfer verification or testing samples that have been customized to their needs. Furthermore, the company has announced the completion of laboratory development for its high-resolution positive photoresist designed for OLED/LTPS applications. Currently, efforts are underway to establish connections with potential customer resources and secure opportunities for further testing.
