This startup is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing technologies. On Monday, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a press release, revealing its plan to offer incentives to xLight. As part of this arrangement, the government will acquire a stake in the company and could potentially emerge as its largest shareholder. Notably, xLight, which is committed to advancing extreme ultraviolet lithography technology, counts former Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger among its executive leadership, with him serving as the executive chairman.
