Artilux emphasized its longstanding commitment to respecting and safeguarding intellectual property rights, while firmly opposing malicious competition and commercial defamation. The company vowed to hold accountable any individuals or entities that unlawfully harm its rights and interests.

On the other hand, in November, Shenzhen RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd. applied to the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court to initiate legal proceedings against Artilux. At present, the case is awaiting formal filing, with the core issue being a dispute over the alleged infringement of technical secrets. RoboSense has accused Artilux of infringing upon its proprietary technical secrets related to the self-developed SPAD chip and has requested that Artilux immediately halt the production and sale of the chip products involved in the lawsuit.
