The issue price has been established at RMB 114.28 per share, representing the highest new stock issue price for the year. The public offering encompasses 70 million shares. According to the issuance announcement, during the preliminary inquiry stage, 267 off-exchange investors presented valid quotes, encompassing 7,555 placement targets. The cumulative valid subscription volume soared to an impressive 70.406 billion shares. The off-exchange valid subscription multiple stands at approximately 1,572 times, reflecting the intense enthusiasm among institutional investors. Based on incomplete statistics, the institutions participating in valid quotes include 86 public funds, approximately 120 private funds, 30 securities firms, and 13 insurance institutions.
