Navin Bishnoi, who oversees Marvell's operations in India, announced that in response to the escalating global demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure, the company is set to ramp up both its hiring efforts and investments in research and development within the country. Presently, Marvell boasts a workforce of around 1,700 employees in India. Over the course of the next three years, the company aims to augment its staff by 15% on an annual basis. However, it has refrained from revealing precise particulars concerning its R&D budget.
