PIOTECH (with the stock code 688072.SH) has made a public announcement stating that its shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., currently holds a 19.57% stake in the company, which amounts to a total of 55,026,700 shares. In light of its own operational and management requirements, the shareholder has devised a plan to reduce its shareholding.
