NVIDIA, the leading player in AI chips, released its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. The report revealed that the company’s revenue for the quarter soared to $57 billion, marking a 62% increase compared to the same period last year. Net profit reached $31.9 billion, up 65% year-over-year. During the subsequent earnings call, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang and CFO Colette Kress jointly addressed analysts’ inquiries. Huang underscored that artificial intelligence has entered a "virtuous cycle," and highlighted NVIDIA’s active pursuit of three major transformations: the shift from CPUs to GPUs for acceleration, the widespread adoption of generative AI, and the emergence of agentic AI. These developments, he noted, will serve as the primary driving forces behind future infrastructure investments. Huang also disclosed that NVIDIA has established strategic partnerships with AWS, Humane, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other key players, and announced the expedited rollout of multiple new supercomputers. Meanwhile, Colette Kress shared longer-term revenue projections, estimating that revenue from the Blackwell and Rubin platforms will total $500 billion from the start of this year through the end of 2026, with potential for further growth.
