On November 18, Beijing hosted the "Quality Strengthening the Chain" Results Exchange and Promotion Conference, which focused on the industrial application and quality enhancement of domestic automotive chips. The gathering served as a platform to review the interim successes of the "Quality Strengthening the Chain" initiative. During the event, the newly upgraded "Technical System for Certification and Review of Automotive Chips, Version 2.0" was unveiled. Alongside this, the expert database and a digital platform dedicated to the certification and review processes for domestic automotive chips were also launched. These developments signify a significant leap forward in China's pursuit of constructing a self-reliant and manageable quality assurance framework for automotive chips, addressing long-standing issues of hesitancy and incapability in their utilization.
