CECPORT released an official announcement revealing that the National Integrated Circuit Fund, a major shareholder owning more than 5% of the company's shares, initially held 56.0404 million shares. This stake accounted for 7.3747% of the company's total share capital. Originally, the fund had intended to reduce its shareholding by no more than 22.7970 million shares, which is equivalent to 3% of the total share capital. During the period from October 31 to November 13, 2025, the fund carried out a share - reduction operation through centralized bidding. It sold off 7.4288 million shares, making up 0.9776% of the total share capital. After this equity adjustment, the National Integrated Circuit Fund's shareholding dropped to 45.5919 million shares, representing 5.9997% of the total share capital. Notably, the proportion of the share reduction has now reached an integer multiple of 1%. However, it's important to note that the share - reduction plan has not been fully executed yet.
