On October 24th, Wingtech Technology disclosed its financial results, revealing that the company's revenue for the third quarter stood at RMB 4.427 billion, marking a 77.38% decrease compared to the same period last year. Despite this, its net profit soared to RMB 1.04 billion, representing a remarkable 279.29% increase year-on-year. For the first three quarters combined, the company reported a revenue of RMB 29.769 billion, a 44% decrease from the previous year, while net profit climbed to RMB 1.513 billion, up 265.09% year-on-year.

During the reporting period, the company's semiconductor business segment witnessed substantial year-on-year revenue growth. However, the revenue from the product integration business experienced a significant decline, primarily due to the company's inclusion in the Entity List at the end of 2024, coupled with suppliers' and customers' enhanced understanding and implementation of related regulations. Following the completion of the sale of four domestic subsidiaries in July, Wingtech Technology ceased to be the primary responsible party for the product integration business. Consequently, relevant revenue is now recognized on a net basis, further contributing to the year-on-year revenue decrease.
