On October 24th, Wingtech Technology disclosed that in the third quarter of 2025, its semiconductor business revenue soared to RMB 4.3 billion, marking a 12.2% year-on-year surge. The gross profit margin stood at 34.56%, and the net profit reached RMB 724 million. During this quarter, the company's semiconductor business revenue in the Chinese market soared to a new quarterly record, with a roughly 14% year-on-year hike.

From a product standpoint, the sales revenue from all major product lines witnessed robust growth. Specifically, the revenue from MOSFET products jumped by over 13% year-on-year. The new generation of 80V and 100V MOSFET products were officially rolled out and have entered mass production and delivery phases. Revenue from logic chips and analog chips climbed by over 15% year-on-year. In the third quarter, the company unveiled multiple analog chip products related to AI power supplies and automotive applications, further solidifying its market share in logic chips. Although the revenue contribution from wide-bandgap and IGBT products is still relatively small, with the gradual mass production and delivery of products like SiC MOS and GaN FET in the third quarter, the revenue scale approximately tripled compared to the same period last year.
