TCL Technology announced that its controlled subsidiary, TCL Huaxing Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., has completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in LG Display (China) Co., Ltd. and a 100% stake in LG Display (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., held by LG Display Co., Ltd. and its affiliates. Based on auditor review and negotiations with the counterparty, the final acquisition amount has been determined to be RMB 11.088 billion.
