Following the proposal of the 'Dawn' two-dimensional flash memory prototype device in the journal Nature in April this year, the research team at Fudan University has achieved another breakthrough. On the evening of October 8 (Beijing Time), the university published a paper titled 'Fully Functional 2D-Silicon Hybrid Architecture Flash Memory Chip' in Nature, announcing the successful development of the world's first 2D-silicon hybrid architecture chip, which addresses key challenges in the engineering of novel two-dimensional information devices.
