On October 9, ASML announced that Marco Pieters has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, reporting directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Christophe Fouquet. Meanwhile, ASML's Supervisory Board announced its plan to appoint Pieters to the Management Board at the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for April 22, 2026. Pieters has officially assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer starting from today.
