On Friday, industry insiders revealed that Samsung Electronics is poised to overhaul its foreign language assessment framework and unveil a fresh incentive program aimed at bolstering its workforce's global competitiveness. Slated to commence in January of the coming year, the revamped system will expand the current four-tier oral foreign language evaluation by introducing three advanced tiers. Staff members who attain these superior levels will be eligible for rewards spanning from 200,000 to 500,000 Korean won.
