On September 18, during an institutional research visit, Wantong Smart Control disclosed that the company has formed a specialized team to be based at Shenming Oz (presuming this is a company name and retaining it as there is no direct English equivalent). This team is working collaboratively to advance product R&D and applications. At present, the R&D and design phases of the Fellow 1 chip are virtually complete. The company anticipates commencing sample deliveries in October of this year. Following this, it will conduct optimizations based on feedback from testing, with the aim of achieving tape-out in the first quarter of the coming year.
