According to the announcement, by that date, the transfer of the designated assets involved in the transaction was progressing smoothly. In particular, the equity transfers for Kunming Zhitong, Shenzhen Wingtech, Huangshi Zhitong, and Kunming Wenxun have been successfully finalized. Additionally, the relevant business asset packages of Wuxi Wingtech and Wuxi Wenxun have been duly transferred. While the transfer of the pertinent business asset package for India Wingtech has been accomplished, the procedures for altering the ownership of certain assets are still in progress. Furthermore, the equity transfer for Hong Kong Wingtech and its subsidiary, Indonesia Wingtech, is scheduled to take place following the completion of the divestiture of assets unrelated to the transaction.
