On September 9th, JinkoSolar (Stock Code: 688223) disclosed that its controlled subsidiary, Zhejiang JinkoSolar Co., Ltd., has entered into an agreement with Wuxi Dike Electronic Material Co., Ltd. The purpose of this agreement is to facilitate the sale of an 80% equity stake in Zhejiang Jinko New Materials Co., Ltd., at a transaction price of RMB 80 million. Upon the completion of this transaction, Dike Share will acquire an 80% ownership interest in Jinko New Materials. Consequently, Jinko New Materials will cease to be consolidated into the financial statements of JinkoSolar.
