The Intel Dalian Fab 68 flash memory wafer plant has completed its corporate renaming and is now known as 'SK Hynix Semiconductor Memory Technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd.'. Previously, SK Hynix had established another company, 'SK Hynix Semiconductor (Dalian) Co., Ltd.', and used the LOGO of its subsidiary Solidigm. This renaming marks the official completion of SK Hynix's acquisition of Intel's flash memory business, with Intel exiting the flash memory market.
