At the IFA 2025 conference in Berlin, Germany, Acer proudly introduced the Swift 16 AI laptop, marking it as the first in the world to incorporate Intel's groundbreaking next-generation processor, Panther Lake. Jim Johnson, Director of Consumer Business at Intel, graced the launch event, solidifying this groundbreaking partnership. While the Panther Lake processor has yet to hit the market officially, Acer assured that it would introduce innovative core IP, enhanced graphics and gaming capabilities, extended battery life, and state-of-the-art AI technology. The Swift 16 AI further boasts a stunning 16-inch 3K 120Hz OLED display, up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and cutting-edge Wi-Fi 7 technology. It is anticipated to become available in the first quarter of the coming year.
