As reported by DigiTimes, Yangtze Memory Technologies (YMTC) aims to venture into the DRAM market and forge a partnership with ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) to jointly overcome HBM memory technology challenges. CXMT boasts a robust foundation in DRAM technology, while YMTC shines in its Xtacing® technology. This collaboration is anticipated to expedite the localization of HBM memory technology.
