This decision removed Intel Semiconductor (Dalian), Samsung Semiconductor China, and SK Hynix Semiconductor (China) from the "Verified End User" authorization list. The spokesperson emphasized that this action by the US was driven by self-interest and constituted an abuse of export control measures, potentially destabilizing the global semiconductor industry chain and supply chain. China firmly opposes this decision and urges the US to immediately rectify it to uphold the security and stability of the global industrial chain and supply chain. Furthermore, China has stated that it will take necessary measures to resolutely protect the legitimate rights and interests of its enterprises.
