The People's Court of Pudong New Area in Shanghai has recently issued a civil ruling, declaring the bankruptcy of Shanghai Wusheng Semiconductor Group Co., Ltd., and concluding its bankruptcy proceedings. According to the court document, the administrator managed to collect a mere 1,100 yuan in assets from Wusheng Semiconductor, whereas the bankruptcy expenses totaled 1,263.03 yuan, with no other assets being verified. The court-confirmed amount of creditor's rights amounted to a significant 5,902,535.78 yuan. The administrator submitted an application in August 2025, prompting the court to make the aforementioned ruling.
