Spanning approximately 2700 square meters, the laboratory boasts an initial phase equipped with over 30 large-scale testing devices. It offers a suite of services encompassing automotive chip reliability testing, failure analysis, and engineering testing, comprehensively addressing chip testing and certification projects such as AEC-Q100.
