Foxconn intends to initiate mass production of NVIDIA's GB200 AI servers in the second quarter of 2025, while simultaneously commencing production of the next-generation GB300 servers this quarter. Since July, Foxconn has actively engaged in the design phase of NVIDIA's cutting-edge AI server core platform, Vera Rubin. According to insiders within the supply chain, shipments of the GB200 are anticipated to conclude within the year 2025. Meanwhile, the GB300 has already commenced limited shipments and is poised to become the primary shipment model in the first half of 2026. Furthermore, products associated with the Vera Rubin platform are expected to dominate the market from the second half of 2026 through 2027.
