Shenzhen TV has officially announced the launch of its 4K Ultra HD Channel on June 28, 2025. Throughout the construction process, the channel has prioritized the use of domestic equipment, which accounts for nearly 80% of the total. This includes cutting-edge technologies from leading Shenzhen-based enterprises such as Huawei and Sangfor. The new channel will seamlessly integrate advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and 5G, with the aim of establishing a robust IP-based production and broadcasting network, as well as a cloud-native platform. Upon its debut, popular programs such as "Shenzhen News" and "Direct Finance" will be among the first to be broadcast in regular 4K resolution.
