China's University of Science and Technology, China Telecom Quantum, and other collaborating entities have officially taken delivery of the nation's pioneering kilo-qubit-scale superconducting quantum computing measurement and control system, known as the ez-Q® Engine 2.0. This groundbreaking system, developed in collaboration with Guoshield Quantum Technology Co., Ltd., among others, is poised to serve as the backbone for measurement and control operations for over 5,000 qubits on the "Zuchongzhi-3" quantum computer. This milestone will significantly expedite research and development efforts towards larger-scale, error-correctable superconducting quantum computers.
