In collaboration with eight other departments, including the State Taxation Administration and the People's Bank of China, the Ministry of Finance has introduced accounting data standards for electronic vouchers. This move is designed to accelerate the digital transformation of accounting vouchers, address challenges related to "receiving, reimbursing, recording, and archiving" electronic vouchers, minimize social costs and carbon emissions, and effectively combat financial fraud. Concurrently, application guides and toolkits have been released to facilitate the adoption of paperless processes, fostering the expansion of accounting functionalities and digital transformation within various organizations.
