Dongzhu Ecology has issued a statement in response to recent market reports concerning its equity participation in its subsidiary, Delos AI Technology (Sichuan). According to the company, Dongzhu Ecology maintains a minority equity stake of 10% in Delos, which does not grant it controlling interest or substantial influence over the subsidiary's operations. Furthermore, the two entities do not currently engage in significant business cooperation. Delos, established in January 2025, is in its nascent stage, and its future operational performance remains subject to various uncertainties.
