Meta has reportedly decided to postpone the launch of its flagship AI model, 'Galactus'. This decision has raised internal concerns regarding the direction of the company's multi-billion dollar AI investments. Engineers are diligently working to enhance the model's performance, yet employees remain skeptical about the scope of these improvements. Initially planned for release in April, the model was first postponed to June and is now further delayed until fall or beyond. To date, Meta has invested a staggering $72 billion in advancing its AI projects.
