The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) has outlined its legislative work plan for 2025, aiming to scrutinize 14 pivotal legal cases. Among these, key highlights include the Private Economy Promotion Law, amendments to the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, and the introduction of the Financial Stability Law.
