Among these measures, the province aims to formulate a comprehensive development plan for new energy vehicle industry clusters, cementing its commitment to fostering this burgeoning sector. Furthermore, Henan plans to host the prestigious 2025 Provincial Artificial Intelligence Conference, showcasing its ambition to become a leading hub for AI innovation. The province also intends to construct multiple enabling centers for the AI industry and introduce a range of typical application scenarios, fostering a vibrant AI ecosystem. To further drive digital transformation, Henan will establish standards and norms for development zones, select a cohort of promotion centers, and initiate a provincial-level data enterprise cultivation mechanism, with an ambitious target of recognizing over 100 such enterprises by the second quarter of 2025.
