Hangzhou aims to establish a hub for the development of the AI industry, proposing an advanced blueprint for smart computing clusters dedicated to supporting the research, development, and training of large-scale models. This ambitious project encompasses the establishment of "computing power enclaves" at key national nodes within the "east data, west computing" framework, along with optimizing high-speed optical network connections between local areas and these enclave parks to minimize data transmission costs.
