On March 29, during the Leading AI Talents Development Forum at the 2025 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference, Haidian District unveiled the 'Zhongguancun AI Beiwei Community', a comprehensive support initiative tailored for AI startups based in the area. Upon signing a three-year lease agreement, eligible enterprises can benefit from three distinct rent reduction schemes:

Up to three years of rent-free accommodation for projects aimed at transforming scientific and technological achievements from top universities, research institutes, and emerging R&D institutions.
Two years of rent-free space for newly established enterprises, followed by a 50% rent reduction in the third year.
One year of rent-free space for existing regional enterprises, with a 50% rent reduction in the second year.

Moreover, the community offers an array of industrial policies, talent support programs, and enterprise service enhancements. It is also equipped with thousands of high-quality apartments to ensure ample living accommodations for companies within the park.
