China UnionPay and Volcano Engine have joined forces to create a demonstration scenario for human-machine collaboration, addressing key pain points such as project division of labor and coordination, decision review and approval, and process traceability. This scenario leverages AgentSphere to bring business experts and digital employees into a unified project collaboration space, forming a collaboration model similar to project-based group chats. This model uses projects as units to connect participating entities and resources, and under security controls, enables multi-agent task orchestration, continuous maintenance of project context, and full-process operation traces that are traceable and retrievable. Key decisions are reviewed and approved by human experts, and the collaboration process accumulates into reusable project assets. Meanwhile, UnionPay has created a variety of professional digital employees based on the HiAgent intelligent agent workstation. The two work together to form a virtuous cycle, having already run through the complete human-machine collaboration chain from market to product to delivery. Looking ahead, both parties will explore more scenario applications.
