Furthermore, efforts should be made to expand "business-led investment promotion," routinely implement the "Guangxi Merchants Revitalizing Guangxi" project, give play to the leading, integrating, and ecosystem-dominating roles of key enterprises and chain-leading enterprises, and rely on financial institutions, chambers of commerce and industry associations, professional institutions, research institutes, and other forces to expand Guangxi's investment promotion "circle of friends."
