Broadcom announced that, under the agreement, the new special purpose vehicle will procure Broadcom's XPU AI accelerators and networking solutions for Anthropic, with deliveries expected to begin in 2027. Starting from 2027, Broadcom will supply XPU AI accelerator chips to Anthropic through this vehicle. The chips will be provided on a leasing basis, and Broadcom will provide residual value support for the first lien shares.
